ijwalkn… was a run’g
adventure daily: yesterday i ran my 3rd annual 1/2 marathon. i dont do a lot o official run’g bcuz i dont have a lot o official time… main goal is2 best my previous year. this year i decided2 shoot4 a sub 2hr mark, which is total doable. did th math, 13x9min miles is 1:57… 10mi @ 9min/mi + 3mi @ 10min/mi = 2:00hr
still feel’g good at th 9mi mark, i was at th 81min mark…cool. 10th mi was at 10min causing my mental2 shift program’g, allow’g4 my3 10min/mi now with a push4 th final 9min/mi at th end… well, didnt quite happen… ya kinda get out, what ya put n2 it… mean’g my last3wks of train’g kinda took a backseat2 life… mainly work sched changes & coach’g little leaguers. it is what it is. no shame n my game…
soooo… i’ll take th 2:03 & my medal & i’ll just have2 moovNgroov w/ya on th next1
