…i go sweetless every JAN… kinda an equalizer after Thanksgiving & Christmas get2gethers while wait’g on th challenge o Lent2 arrive…
this year, going n on 2012 a bit harder… i add my home core routine of 300 balance ball crunches / 15 pullups / 75 pushups …daily…
th sweets thing has been done b4 by me… just gotta have some good substitutes4 those moments o weakness. i use cokeZero and/or homemade applesauce… alot… now, th core’g… yeah thats another animule all2gether… i start’d DEC31. i actually skip’d 2 days n a row, couple times but always doubled up on th next few… so… if we keep’g score at home JAN31 vs +31sets… 300/15/75

as n XTREME …dont generally work legs, prefer2 run mileage… yesterday’s p90x legs session gots my hammy’s & glutes feel’g it. 2day i reach’d back n yogaX again hoping that stretchy effect will loosen th legs & give my mileage a boost like earlier n th week.

yogaX… now i was probably fight’g th yoga session just as hard as th next fella. 1. its yoga 2. its 90 nstead o 60mins.
nevertheless, i got it n th day b4 i ran… i’ll admit i do like stretch’g n prob need2 stretch a tad better. did feel good after this session… then… i ran xtremely well th next day… coincidence… hmmm… yeah, i’ll b doing this again th day b4 i run again… just n case.
